Q Should U.S. schools require learning a second language starting in elementary school? Explain your reasoning. Which language should be taught and why?

Children may get all of these benefits by learning a second language in elementary school, which will help them for college and the real world. There are several cognitive benefits of learning a foreign language such as multitasking. According to Cornell and Penn State research, bilinguals are good in the sphere of attention and concentration as well as prioritizing a certain activity (Adams, 2018).
